If you want to design your website without using one of the Content Management Systems we offer, you will be creating your web site on your own PC and then uploading or publishing it to your web server here at Webs 4 Christ Hosting.  Tools that you will need include an HTML editor, (such as FrontPage, Dreamweaver, CoffeeCup or LiquidFX), and possibly an FTP program - though some HTML editors publish your site directly, (such as Psylon FTP, CuteFTP of CoffeeCup FTP)  All HTML editors can be used with our free web templates.
