Different service providers let you use different types of files according to their packages; choose the most suitable one according to your budget and needs. You can either upload these files from your system or directly use them from Google Drive if you’re using Gmail.

Now you just need to click on the “Send” option and you will be notified within seconds if your message is successfully sent or not. The mail will be sent again and again is there’s an error for a couple of times and if it’s still not sent, you can reach out to the service provider.
